We are a group led by architects Santiago Martín del Campo and Gerala Ángeles.
Focused on the social and economic development of our surroundings, we provide responsible solutions in our projects to transcend and materialize our values. As a design collective founded in 2010, our studio has incorporated various disciplines focused on design with the goal of enriching and expanding our scope.

We transform ideas into projects, and projects into reality. We strive to add value through architectural solutions, bringing our designs to life in a functional and sustainable way.
We remain in constant pursuit of value-driven proposals, achieving projects that stand out for their function and design, integrating users and the immediate surroundings.
All of our projects are developed and quantified in Revit, a BIM (Building Information Modeling) platform, which helps us optimize time and coordinate information across disciplines, ensuring zero margin for error in design and a much clearer construction process.

Conceptual design and preliminary project
We begin with the analysis of the architectural program and the needs of the end user, with layout sketches that respond to the operation of each area; the analysis of the terrain and its natural environment such as sunlight, prevailing winds and its immediate surroundings.
The sum of the above results in volumes and architectural plans that will communicate how the building will function and define the design line that corresponds to a previously approved concept reflected in presentations that we call mood board and look & feel.

Executive project
Once the preliminary project has been defined, the second stage will begin with the design and calculation work on the structure, installations, finishes and other items with technical construction information necessary for its correct construction.

Catalogue and construction budget
As a result of the design, development of plans and technical construction documents, we will begin the third stage with the development of the catalog of concepts, construction budget and payment schedule and construction execution.
